By trading on nunoo.eu you automatically agree to the following terms:

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 1–2 working days from the moment the order is placed. Depending on your location (not including Spain), delivery may take up to 3–7 working days.

If you want to receive the package faster, there is the option for UPS Express at checkout.

Please note that Núnoo is not responsible for delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping couriers.

Please note that additional import and customs charges might apply in your specific country.

Spain
Please note that DHL orders to Spain are delivered to a warehouse in Germany – and from there, the package will be delivered by car to Spain. Therefore, the package does not get any new scans during the transit from Germany to Spain. Once the package has reached Spain, there will be a scan on the package again. Packages sent with DHL can expect a delivery estimate of 7–11 working days depending on the location.

United States
We offer delivery with FedEx and UPS to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days.

Since the U.S. government has eliminated the de minimis threshold for all countries, every shipment — regardless of value or origin — will now go through formal or informal customs entry and be assessed import duties, taxes, and fees. This can cause delays of an extra 2–4 business days.

Remote Areas
If you order via DHL and reside in a remote area, an extra fee may apply.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping (UPS Standard Parcel Shop, DHL Parcel Shop and BudBee only) on orders over €99 within the EU.*
Shipping for orders under €99 costs €7–25 within the EU.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to Slovakia, Serbia, Greek Islands, Croatia, Malta and Ireland.

Track & Trace

Once the order has been shipped, we advise you to keep an eye on the tracking link, as this will inform you once the order is ready for pick-up. Tracking will be updated within 12 hours after pick-up by the courier. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before your tracking number is active.

If the order is not picked up in due time, it will be returned to the warehouse. A return fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund. If you would like the package resent, please contact info@nunoo.dk — an additional shipping fee will apply.

Please note that Núnoo is not responsible for any additional shipping costs if the order is not picked up in due time. We advise you to check the tracking link frequently.

Special Campaigns
During special campaigns, we receive many orders and there may be additional shipping time of up to 1–2 extra business days.

Personal Pickup
You are very welcome to pick up your order from our Núnoo showroom. The order will be ready for pickup three business days after the order is placed. You can pick up your order at the following address:

Payment
At Núnoo you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron. You can also pay with PayPal, iDEAL, GiroPay, MobilePay and Klarna. The amount will be deducted from your account only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices include 25% VAT. Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes and customs charges. We use an encrypted SSL connection and only PBS can read your information. Núnoo cannot view your personal data.

Returns
You have 14 days to return your items, starting from the day you receive them. Please notify us and return the item within this period. Include the original delivery note with your order number and full name.

If you prefer not to use our return portal, please contact us at info@nunoo.dk and await approval before shipping. Include your order number (EUR-XXXXXX) in the email.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping if you don't use our return portal.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping or our return portal to ensure safe delivery.
  • Returns must be sent directly to our address in Denmark — we do not collect parcels from parcel shops.
  • DAO does not deliver to business addresses, so please choose another courier.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in unused condition — just like trying it on in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond that, it cannot be returned.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Returns from outside Denmark must be paid for by the buyer. Returns from within Denmark are free.

Claims
You are entitled to make a claim within 24 months of purchase. Claims do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Please contact us at claims@nunoo.dk with a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Our claims department will handle your case — please allow up to five business days for a response.

Please note that the silver/gold coating on our bags' zippers and buckles may fade over time, revealing a bronze colour underneath. All zippers and buckles are nickel-free.

Reservations
We reserve the right regarding sold-out items, typographical errors and typos.

*It is not possible to combine discount codes with other discounts or on already reduced items. We reserve the right for errors in discount codes and do not issue refunds after purchase.
