All orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from when the order has been placed.

Once we have packed your order, there is a 2-5 business days delivery with UPS depending on the shipping location and 3-5 business days delivery with Budbee.

During special campaigns, we receive many orders and therefore, there can be additional shipping time up to an extra 1-2 business days.

We offer freight free (only UPS Standard parcel shop and BudBee) when buying over 89 € within EU. * (Greece, Croatia and Irland is not freight free) Freight for purchases under 89 € cost 15-25 € within EU.

Please note that additional import and custom charges might apply in your specific country.

We offer free shipping to United States with FedEx on all bags. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 work days.

We send all items as packages, which makes it possible to track them if problem arise or the package does not appear. Be aware of the fact, that it can take up to 24 hours before you can use your tracking number. If the package is not picked up and therefore returned back to Núnoo it cost 6 EUR. They will be deducted from the amount that will be automatically reversed when the Núnoo receives the package return.

We offer free shipping with FedEx to United States on orders above $200.

US customers can receive goods valued at $800 per day without paying import duties or taxes, but they must verify and follow relevant import rules and regulations.


At Núnoo you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Dancard, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron. You can also pay with Paypal. The amount will be deducted from your account only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices include VAT. 25% VAT. Customers outside of EU have to pay a TAX. We use an encrypted ssl-connection and only PBS can read your information. Núnoo cannot view your personal data.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation, as well as a message with tracking number as soon as your order is packed. All our packages are delivered to a post office or a parcel shop near the address you provided when ordering. You will receive an SMS or email as soon as you can pick up your package.

Can I change or delete my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order - however, our customer service can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Contact us and we will our best to help you.

Has my order gone through?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email you have provided, almost immediately after your purchase has been approved. Psst! .. check your spam mail if necessary - it can be hidden here.

The purchase did not go through, but a reservation has been made anyway?

In rare cases, there may be a reservation in your bank account, even if an error occurred. This is then released within 1-5 banking days.

There was an issue with my order

We are very sorry for any inconveniences. If you have an issue with your order, please contact with your order number and issue described, then our customer service will help you.


We take reservations for sold out items, typographical errors and typos.*It is not possible to combine vouchers with other discounts or on already discounted items. We reserve the right for errors in discount codes and do not refund any money after purchase.

How do I make a return?

We offer 14 days of full return. The right of return applies from the day you receive your goods. If the full return entitlement is to be applied, the handling of the goods must be such that the goods have not lost any value. We therefore recommend that the goods only are tested as in a physical store. If the item has been in use (more than just trying it as in a physical store) and you regret the purchase, the item cannot be returned. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the same account that has been paid out as soon as possible.

When returning the packages, please pack the items carefully and safely, so the package can be returned safely to our warehouse.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for return abroad, but we do have free returns in DK.

The item must be shipped to a business address. Packages sent to a pick-up location will not be collected. DAO does not deliver to business addresses.

Remember to save the receipt until you receive a return confirmation from us.

Have you received my return?

From the moment you hand in your return package at the post office, it can take up to 14 days before you are refunded. You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have processed your return.

How to make a complaint?

You are entitled to claim your purchase within 24 months. Complaints do not cover if it is caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Upon complaint, you must write to us at where our complaints department will take care of the case. You have to be aware of the fact, that you have to show us a valid confirmation of your purchase, if you will claim. 

Furthermore you have to be aware of that it can take up to five business days, before you'll get answer about your claim.

We would like to point out that the silver coating on our bag's zippers and buckles might lose some of their silver color over time. Under their silver color they are bronzed. All zippers and buckles are nickel free.
