Muy contenta con mi compra Big Dandy Braided Rain Brown, tiene el tamaño perfecto para el día a día; personalmente, el modelo Maxi me parece demasiado grande, así que este es justo lo que buscaba. La piel se nota de muy buena calidad y los acabados están muy bien rematados.
El envío fue rápido (aproximadamente 1 semana) y no tuve ningún problema con el pedido. Además, aproveché las rebajas y conseguí un buen descuento, algo que también se agradece. Sin duda, una experiencia de compra muy positiva.
Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order on 30 June and selected delivery to a DHL Parcel Shop. The parcel arrived in Spain but, for reasons I still do not understand, it was never made available for collection. I never received any notification from DHL, and the tracking does not show that the parcel was delivered to the Parcel Shop or that any collection attempt was possible. Instead, it was returned to the sender.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted Núnoo twice by email to ask for assistance, but I have not received any reply.
I understand that shipping issues can happen, but ignoring customers when there is a problem is unacceptable. I cannot recommend buying from this store based on my experience
The bag is perfect. The only thing I would change are two meeting zippers in the middle pocket. I do not quite like how they meet. I think one zipper with two slides would look neat.

The bag has a weird proportion, the color is just sad (the greyish) and falls constantly from the shoulder. If you plan to wear with any kind of coat jacket will be super annoying because 1 the length of the strap is weird (too small) 2 the leather even though is kind is textured it does not offer any gripping. Last but not least if you want to return this item. The cost is 20€. I will never buy again . Sorry for this brand their marketing makes it look super but the reality is meeeewh.
