I'm a big Dandy fan now, this is my third one. When I saw it available in a super cute southwest-ish aesthetic, I pounced. It did not disappoint, absolutely adorable and well-made!

For a bag that costs 150 Euros, you'd expect better packaging or at least a dust bag. It just came in a plastic packet. The way it arrived just left a bad taste in my mouth about the brand, where their items come from and how much they care about the experience of a customer when receiving a purchase. Even much smaller brands make a better effort with packaging or providing a dust bag as a bare minimum.
As for the bag itself, the quality is decent, nothing to write home about. The opening of the bag is very small and difficult to get in and out of and the zipper is not smooth which makes this even harder. Overall, I would say it does not live up to the hype displayed in their marketing/social media.
